All files are in PDF format, and the size of the files is listed in the following table as a guide to download time.
The file for Chapter 2 as originally received would have been 33megs, initially I must split it into eight files. I have now “rebuilt” the PDF’s for a number of these files to reduce the size. The resolution of the photographs may have changed, but there is no noticeable difference in quality when they are printed at a “normal” setting on my printer. For those who have downloaded the earlier files, the files that have been combined are parts 2 to 7; part 1 is the same, and the “new” part 3 is the old part 8.
The quality on the PDF files varies; so if some of the text is not crystal clear, do not blame your computer.
