2010 - REUNION - 160 SQUADRON RAF

The next 160 Squadron Reunion has been booked for the weekend of 11th/12th September 2010 at The Angel Hotel, Leamington Spa.

For those attending for the first time the format is relaxed so no need for note books!  On the Saturday morning there is an optional gathering and in previous years we have had a speaker. This year we might settle for some pictures and memories from Heroes Return 2! The afternoon is at leisure so a walk in the famous Jephson Gardens, some retail therapy or some culturally uplifting drama at the Royal Shakespeare Company in nearby Stratford Upon Avon; the choice is yours. On the Saturday evening we sit down to dinner as a group.

The options are therefore: to arrive on the Friday night and stay for two nights, arrive on the Saturday and stay for one night or simply to attend the dinner if you do not require accommodation.

The charges have been held at 2009 prices and include VAT:

£110.00 for a twin or double room per night for dinner, bed & breakfast (£55.00 per person)

£65.00 for a single room per night for dinner, bed & breakfast

Examples: If a couple stay for two nights the total cost would be £220.00. If a single person stays for two nights the total cost would be £130.00.

So that we can make a provisional booking can I ask you to complete and return the form below? There is a wedding party on the Saturday so whilst I have blocked booked a number of rooms these are on a first come first served basis and the ability to book additional rooms will depend on availability. The bottom line is that if you think you want to come, you definitely should and what’s more you need to act promptly!
